If these actions don't meet your needs, you can change them, or create your own.  If you change a standard action and later want to return it to its original state, you can delete it and then import actions from "Standard Actions.xml" in the program folder.  (This is normally "C:\Program Files\Ascendis Software\Ascendis Caller ID".)  Import ignores actions that already exist, so make sure you delete the existing action first.

To reset just the Outlook actions, import the "Outlook Actions.xml" file in the program folder.  Hold down the control key while selecting the command on the menu to overwrite the existing actions with the contents of the XML file.
