Beta version
I just installed the latest version of Caller ID and I got an error report (I told it to send it to you.) So, I decided to go back to the version I was using (Ver. 17.17) After I installed it, I noticed all my calls had disappeared! If I place the cursor on the "call" tab, the baloon shows 183 calls, but none are visiable...
is there something I can do to get back what I've lost...?

As my email explained, I don't think version 1.7.1.4 caused the problem you reported. I think the "missing" calls are not being shown because the phone number formats are messed up. If you download and install version 1.7.1.5 (which I just posted), I think your calls will appear and you will not see any error messages. You may see a message in the activity log about a conditional problem. This should be correctable by fixing the phone number format(s) as I described in my email, or by replacing them using the Import button as I also described.
If the new version does not display your calls, or you have trouble fixing the phone number format(s), please let me know.

Problem with Ascendis Caller ID beta version 1.7.1.4
Anyone using Ascendis Caller ID beta version 1.7.1.4 should download and install version 1.7.1.5. Version 1.7.1.4 contains a problem in the Options window which could change your notification tray settings and cause unexpected behavior. If you changed any options with version 1.7.1.4, you should visit the Notification page of the Options window after updating and make sure the options are specified correctly.
