Ascendis Caller ID requires the following to provide complete caller id support:
| • | Windows 10, Windows 8.1, or Windows 8 |
| • | Properly configured dial-up modem, or other device with Type 1 (original) caller id support through TAPI, or a Whozz Calling? device, or a CTI Comet device, or a Skype account with Skype installed |
| • | Caller ID service from your phone company (except for Skype) |
Note that many modems do not support Type 1 caller id.
Outgoing call tracking requires a Whozz Calling? device or Skype.
