Version 1.7.0.10 includes the following changes from the last beta release:
- open all configured devices in trial mode
- fixed problem where server address setting was cleared because of a setting naming conflict (users with non-default server address setting will have to set it one more time)
- use GetLocaleInfo to get country ID if TAPI method fails when determining initial phone number formats
