Is this possible? I haven't been able to figure it out.
I see no one has posted here in ten years and nothing new since 2016 -- but I LOVE Ascendis Caller ID!

Hi Chaz! Glad to see you again.
You can manually add numbers to block by using a contact made specifically for blocking calls. You might want a contact named "Unwanted", "Junk", or something else for this purpose:
- In Ascendis Caller ID, view the "Contacts" tab in the main window
(if it is not already showing, click the "Contacts" tab)
- Click the "New Contact" button on the toolbar, or right-click on the list of contacts and choose "New Contact"
- In the "Edit Contact" window that appears, enter a descriptive name for the contact (such as "Unwanted")
- Change "Action" (on the right side of the window, about midway down) to "Block"
- Click the "Numbers" tab at the top of the "Edit Contact" window
- Click the "Add" button near the bottom of the window
- Type the desired phone number into the "Phone Number" box
- Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each additional phone number
- Click OK to save the new contact and close the window
Once the "Unwanted" contact has been added, you can manually add numbers to it by double-clicking the "Unwanted" contact in the "Contacts" tab and following the above steps starting with #5.
Or, if a call comes in that you want to block in the future:
- Right-click on the call in the Calls list and choose "Add Number to Existing Contact"
- In the "Select Contact" window that appears, scroll down to the "Unwanted" contact and select it
- Click OK to assign the new phone number to the contact and close the window
