Ascendis asks for my registration code every day.

Hello,

I reinstalled Windows and the current release of Ascendis CallerId. When it asked for the registration code, I copy/pasted the code. I got the message that all was well. I turn off my computer at night and the next day CallerID says I'm on day 6 of 25 (today's message). What should I do?

I'm sorry for the problem. Can you please submit a support request at
http://ascendis.com/callerid/support_form.php
and include your activation code and the email address you registered Ascendis Caller ID with? With that information I should be able to investigate and resolve the problem.
