not picking up the modem.

I just installed the caller ID software to use with my Zoom 3025C internal modem, and i can't get C.ID to recongnize the modem. i have the lastest drivers from http://www.zoomtel.com/techsupport/dial_up/3025c.shtml installed, and i also tried the older drivers i had from back when i had the sofware running about 9 months ago. and with both sets of drivers, the divices tab is the settings is telling me "no TAPI divice installed". btw, i'm running Win XP.

any ideas as to what could be wrong?

sorry i fixed it

the problem layed in the fact that the modem was sharing an irq with a N.I.C. once i moved the nic off that irq, the problem was fixed.
