Ascendis Caller ID beta version 3.0.0.22 now available

Version 3.0.0.22 includes the following changes from the previous release:
- support more date formats when importing CSV calls
- sped up CSV call importing ~36%
- Options window, Mail tab: don't display password
- added per-folder web server authentication
- added secure web server
- install: backup files in webroot folder before overwriting
