Ascendis Caller ID beta version 2.3.0.46 now available

Version 2.3.0.46 includes the following changes from the previous release:
- updated help
- tweaked Edit Call window to allow slightly larger fonts
- fixed some font size issues in Edit Location window
- corrected help on contacts CSV files; added simple sample
This version continues use of activation codes introduced in version 2.3.0.30. Please see http://ascendis.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=687 for more information.
