"Mark All as Read" Button or Shortcut

I tend to use Ascendis Caller ID with the window "shrunk" so the caller history is not displayed leaving only the large information displayed. When in this mode it is quite a few mouse clicks to "mark all as read".
1) Click on restore window button.
2) Right click anywhere on list
3) Select all as read
4) Click on shrink window.
All of this just to "mark all as read".
Can you provide a method to "mark all as read" quickly?
Also, it is not really "mark as unread", this is more of an email term. How about "Acknowledge all calls"?
Suggestions are ...
1) Right click tray icon and select "mark all as read" or "Ack all calls"
2) New icon between Restore/shrink and help.
3) Right click on main window and select "mark all as read" or "Ack all calls"
4) Outlook Express uses <Control Shift A> to "mark all as read" (???)
