Ascendis Caller ID beta version 2.3.0.17 now available

Version 2.3.0.17 includes the following changes from the previous release:
- minor changes to "Item Toolbar" items' visibility / state / position for consistency
- fixed excess CPU usage at idle (caused by action updaters that hit database)
- trap exceptions when getting window handle to bring app to top on call (rare)
