I can delete one line.
I can delete all lines.

What I need is to be able to delete a block of lines.

This implies multiple selection in the call list, which is a popular request. Unfortunately, this is one of those things that is not as simple as it seems. We fully intend to add this feature, but it's not something that can be done quickly, so I can't offer a timeframe. Sorry.

I would also like the ability to delete a block, with Ctrl-A aor using the Shift key.
