Hi Bill,

I've been thinking about how to identify missed calls who haven't left a voice mail.

What I'm after is a display of numbers which have apparently not been called back, worked out as follows...

- Take the list of incoming calls where the call duration is less than x seconds (from selected lines)
- Add to it all outgoing calls (from all lines)
- Merge & display only those numbers where the last call was incoming.

A seperate display screen would be good.

Does this sound possible/easy?

This sounds possible, but certainly not easy. Let me think about it and maybe try a few things once the next release is out.

I just posted a new beta version (2.1.2.1) with a Missed Calls report. Choose "Missed Calls" on the View menu to configure and run it.
