No caller id message when call ends

Currently after I hang the phone up... Ascendis will announce - No caller information was recieved. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks.

This sounds like a flaky or broken modem. If it's a US Robotics modem, then this behavior has been seen before. Otherwise I suggest re-installing the latest drivers for the modem. It's also possible that restarting or powering down and then restarting your computer could help.
