Whozz Calling Distinctive Ring Not Working

I have been a long time user of version 1, and recently upgraded to 2.0.1.0, and really find this product beneficial. It appears that the "Enable distinctive ring feature" under the Whozz Calling?" tab under Devices is not working. The line reported for all calls is "Home | Fax".

I downloaded the 2.0.1.16 Beta hoping this was addressed, and it behaves the same way under this version as well.
