Ascendis Caller ID beta version 1.9.1.19 now available

Version 1.9.1.19 includes the following changes from the last release:
- improved support for older Whozz Calling? devices
- fixed cleanup hangup at end of script when script picked up phone (using PhoneSound) but did not hang up (using HangUp)
