For some reason, I am unable to download the new beta. I have no problems downloading from other web sites. I tried IE, Opera, and Firefox....no results from either.

Thank you for the note! I could not download it either, even though our upload script automatically downloads it afterwards and compares. I uploaded it again and can now download it. Please let me know if you continue to have problems.

Note that you may have to clear caches in your browsers. (I did not, and I use Opera, but I've seen such problems before.)
