Caller ID beta version 1.6.5.16 now available

Version 1.6.5.16 includes the following changes from the last beta release:
- don't pre-load speech on phone ring
- don't show Devices grid in Options window if no TAPI devices are found
- disable Dial command if no TAPI devices are found
- new installer
- call display window: if app is minimized, force ourselves to the front
- minor wording changes to Notification options for clarification
