I have my software setup so that one computer is setup as a server which as the modem on it. The other is the client in another room that the number is broadcast too. I have setup the client to play a sound file when ever a specific person calls (essentially announcing the person who is calling). Is there a way to set up this once to play on all computers? Thank you.

At this time, no. You have to set it up on each computer, including putting the sound file in the appropriate place. Of course, you could refer to the sound file on a shared drive so that all computers can access the same copy.
