Robust ?
Hello MMark,
We run Ascendis Caller ID on two Windows 2000 machines all the time, and have not seen the problem you indicate. One machine is rebooted less than once a month, the other one a couple of times a month.
If Ascendis Caller ID keeps logging the calls, the problem may be specific to the voice you're using, or to the sound driver. Does sound still work when the problem appears, and does using a standard voice (such as those included in the Ascendis Caller ID Installer for Windows 98) change anything?
Finest regards,
Bill Root
