caller id intercept time

I need to be able to intercept the caller id information prior to the phone ringing in the house. IS there a way to make sure that this software intercepts the call prior to allowing the call to go be blocked or to go through?

At this time this is not possible in the US using our software unless you can find a hardware device that suppresses the first ring. Callerid.com sells some devices that suppress the first ring and report caller information, but the one we currently support (Whozz Calling? Lite 4 & 8, at
http://www.callerid.com/?page=wclite) does not support hanging up. They have another device (Whozz Calling? 4 & 8, at
http://www.callerid.com/?page=wc4 that might do what you want, but Ascendis Caller ID does not yet support it.
