Ascendis Caller ID beta version 1.8.1.13 now available

Version 1.8.1.13 includes the following changes from the last beta release:
- trap more exceptions when making modem lists for Diagnostics submenus
- don't use phone number consisting of all question marks if a previous phone number exists
