The program responds after the first ring and announces "no caller information" and inmediatelly after the second ring, anounce and display the caller information received, making it very dificult to understand the information.
BellSouth in US is my telephone service provider and my modem model is "US Robotic V.92 Fax Win Int" with latest driver. I used the modem repair utility, which repaired some problems, but still, the main concern was not resolved.
I have tested a lot of caller ID programs and so far this is the most futures rich that I found.
Any solution?

It looks like the problem arises because your modem sends more 'RING' messages than expected. If you haven't already tried it, the new beta version (1.8.1.6) has a change that will hopefully fix this. You can download it from the beta page:
