What determines the position that the new notification window pops up in? Can the position be fixed?

Hello Graeme,
The small notification window is positioned automatically to prevent overlapping the previous notification window. This is helpful when many calls come in quickly, such as when several phone lines are monitored.
The large notification window comes up full screen.
At this time there is no way to fix the position of the notification windows.
However, you could have the main window popup when a call comes in. This will be in whatever size and position it was previously.
