Will Ascendis Caller ID work with the newest version of ACT which is ACT 2006?

Is it possible for Ascendis Caller ID to create a new record in either Act or Outlook?

Hello Steve,

Ascendis Caller ID does not work with ACT 2005 or 2006.

Ascendis Caller ID can create new records in ACT! 6. It cannot currently create new records in Outlook.

Hello Steve,

We have not investigated support for ACT 2006, so we don't know whether it's feasible with our current architecture. In addition, we have other improvements to complete first. That said, we would like to support it in a future version, if possible. However, it will probably not happen in the near future.
