Dear Ascendis,
I bought Your great program some weeks ago and I'm very happy with it!
I would like to ask You if there is a way to obtain this: I'm looking for phone numbers look-up, but service I use (http://www.info412.it/) need to insert, in two different fields, area code and phone number (without area code).
Is this possible, please?
I tried but I get this:
Area Code = 06
Number= 061234567
So that two fields contain area code twice...
May you help me, please?
Thanks
Francesco

Lookup phone number
Re: Lookup phone number
Hello Francesco,
Thank you for your support!
I just uploaded a new beta version that includes {LocalNumber} and {RawLocalNumber} macros. When used in the lookup URLs, these are replaced with the phone number without the area code. So, you will have to download and install the latest beta version from
http://ascendis.com/callerid/CallerID_Beta_Setup.exe
Then change your lookup URLs in the Options window to use {LocalNumber} or {RawLocalNumber} depending on whether the query expects the number to be formatted (I suspect it doesn't matter, but {RawLocalNumber} is probably safer.)
The new version also includes "{}" buttons in the Options window next to the lookup URLs to make it easier to paste in the macro.
Finest regards,
