Client:
- enable Play Message command when the first call with a recorded message is received while running (previously the command was disabled until switching tabs or restarting)
- fixed: show the device name and device or line descriptions for "Waiting" lines in Line Activity if the respective column is visible
- pressing CTRL+C when a message dialog is displayed now copies the text to the system clipboard
