ACIDMU beta version 2.0.0.2 now available

Version 2.0.0.2 includes the following changes from the previous release:

Client:

• Line Activity panel: when a displayed call is deleted, display the next available one if there is one in the panel
• fixed error message when running completely empty composite actions
• enabled Add Category and Edit Category buttons in Contact window
• minor addition to user guide

Console:

• updated user guide
• Advanced Device Line properties window: mention playing and recording messages over the phone

Database Server:

• require confirmation for "restart" command
• updated user guide

Server:

• gracefully handle deleted call at end of call for Whozz Calling? devices
• updated "help" command output
• updated user guide
