Compatibility with Lucent win Modem

Hello..
I have Lucent win Modem and unable to get Caller Information....
Plz let me know its compatibility regarding the same...

Hello Rajnish,
"Lucent win modem" describes an overwhelming number of modems with different capabilities. The most reliable way to determine caller id capability is to try the modem. If you're not getting caller information now and you have caller id service from your phone company, please try the "Repair Modem" feature in Ascendis Caller ID. It's on the Help menu under "Diagnostics". If you have trouble interpreting the results, please send a Technical Support Report (also on the Help menu) afterwards.
