Additional label fields

I use the software for work, answering dozens of 800 number calls for technical support each day. I especially like the Note and Label fields that permit information about a particular call to be added. Any number of additional Label fields that could be added would be great. I would especially like to see a way to mark a call in a particular color, either by changing the font color or having a label field that one could select different colors. This way a problem call which requires additional research and a call-back is less likely to be missed.
