Dear Bill,

is there possible to insert a feature so that we can edit some notes for each caller, please?

It could be useful to insert notes related to callers (like customers: what they asked for, etc).

Thank you for your suggestion. Notes will be available in version 2, which is not yet in beta.

I'm sorry, but I can't offer any dates for version 2.
