Bill,
When a Caller ID client is running and getting name and telephone number from the server the main window displays the number and name but the "balloon" if it is enabled only displays the telephone number. Can the balloon be made to display the name of the caller too if the callers name is known by the server?
Im not quite sure if this is a bug or not?
The client has no address book and is relying upon the server to provide name and number information.
