Hi Bill.

I'm running the latest Beta.

I've noticed that right clicking to choose columns while in the call window tab of the client makes the program hang.

Hi Stu,

Unfortunately I can't duplicate this. The Technical Support Report probably won't include the incident since it was a couple days ago. Could you send the log file from the day it happened? You can view the log file folder by choosing "View Log Folder" on the Help menu. If it happened on the 15th, please email that one to me at support at ascendis dot com. If you have another email address for me already you could just use that.

For others following this thread: The problem was with one command that brings up a window, but the window was off-screen in this specific case, probably because of a change in monitor arrangement since the window was last used. This made it seem like the program was hung, although pressing Escape closed the window and allowed continued usage.

The problem was fixed by making sure the window (and other program windows) are on-screen after restoring their saved positions. The fix was released in beta version 2.0.0.3 released 2018-11-19.
