ACIDMU beta version 2.0.0.0 now available

Post by Bill Root »

Version 2.0.0.0 includes significant changes from the previous release. Highlights include:
  • answering machine capability for systems with voice modems
(currently only tested on Zoom 3095 and Zoom 3049C; other Conexant voice modems are likely to work)
(voice modems can be used standalone or in conjunction with Whozz Calling? devices)
  • database backups and restores now use a binary format by default, which is smaller and faster
  • database backups and restores can be made without manually closing Server and Clients, although they will be disconnected while the backup or restore is in progress
  • added categories, which simplify assigning actions to contacts
  • Composite actions can specify arguments for referenced Advanced actions
  • smaller installers
