Version 0.2.1.0 includes the following changes from the previous release:

All:
- expire July 1, 2016

Installer:
- always confirm before quitting
- fixed uninstaller on Windows

Client:
- added database URL to about box
- added "Add Number to Existing Contact" command in calls panel
- fixed focus, tab, and accelerator issues in Call Notes window
- reduced unnecessary display panel updates
- don't change calls list selection when a new call comes in -- this should make it easier to work in the list (the display panel still follows the selected call, not the active call)
- fixed notification window transparency

Console:
- added filtering to Settings page
- sorted server log by date descending
- added database URL to about box
