Some users have reported an error when trying to use the Outlook actions:
Could not access Outlook. Please make sure it is installed properly.
This was fixed in Ascendis Caller ID version 2.3.0.11. However, the fix was made in the Outlook actions, so if you used an earlier version of Ascendis Caller ID, installing a newer version of Ascendis Caller ID will not automatically fix the problem since actions are not overwritten on install. To fix the problem by adding the new Outlook actions to an existing database, hold down the CONTROL key while selecting File -> Import -> Actions, then choose the "Outlook Actions.xml" file in the Ascendis Caller ID program folder.

For now this fix is only available in a beta version of Ascendis Caller ID. You can download the current version here:
