Bill, You have been such a big help, thank you very much, and I apologize for all the questions. I think I have one last question. I used the name field to load the account number of the contact, that way it displays the account number instead of the name and added the Raw Name field into the list t...

Yes, I see its passing the contact information to the clients now. Is there a way to keep the client machines from storing the contact information, and only displaying what the server sends, or is that how the system is designed to work.

This is exactly what I am wanting to do, and before I publish the html file, it starts as a csv. Each account can have up to 9 numbers associated with it and each one needs to be searched to match the incoming number. Will ACID import that many phone numbers?

OK, I have started exporting all our accounts to an HTML spreadsheet. All phone numbers and their associated account numbers are in this file. Is it possible to have the script in the Caller ID software search for the phone number in this file and display the associated account number?

Bill, Thank you for the reply. I have been using the lite version from the very beginning. There have been no changes to the setup or any version changes, ever. It had been passing the seconds and just all of a sudden quit. I have reset the server, whozz calling box, caller id program every single n...

I was wondering where the seconds came from because a normal caller id box does not show the seconds.

Ok, Im using a Whozz Calling 8 Lite and Ascendis version 2.0.2.0. This had been working fine up to about 4 months ago when in the middle of the day it just started.

Time stamp not passing the seconds

This started happening about 4 months ago, just in the middle of the day, when the time stamp comes through, all the seconds are marked as 00. The only exception to this is when there is no caller id information available, only then does it pass the correct seconds time stamp through. We have begun ...

MULTIPLE USERS ON XP

Hello, is it possible to set up caller id as an administrator, and have the settings for that account be set as the settings for every person that logs onto the machine? Our computers are part of a domain, and right now, the settings for one person are not the same for the next.

Thank you.

Control - C

Hello, I have noticed that version 1.9.1.0 allows you to hit Control-C to copy the phone number to the clipboard from the caller popup. However, in the new 2.0.2.0 version, it does not work. Was this feature dropped or do I have to enable something in the options section?

Thanks
