Yes thats right, the problem is happening with the clients.

Upgraded to 1.9.2.9 from 1.8.1.0.

When starting Caller ID the program is not showing the last caller in the mail window it is showing the last caller before program was shutdown). I have to scroll up to see al all the missed calls.
